An incredible machine, the Quadra 800 boasted a faster, lighter, more compact, and less expensive Macintosh than the Quadra 950, which was the previous top-of-the-line Mac. To the dismay of few, the 800 was not as expandable as the 950; however, this minor distraction was minimal compared to its many advantages.
