The PowerMacintosh 7600/200 represents a huge speed bump for the 7600, which was previously running at 132 MHz. The 7600/200 comes with a 2 GB hard drive on the internal Fast SCSI bus and 32 MB RAM. Memory is interleaved and typically ships with paired chips; in this case two 16 MB chips. Ports are available at the rear of the machine for S-video and composite video input. Stereo in/out RCA jacks are also provided. An internal digital audio/video (DAV) connector is provided. The main intent of the video input is for teleconferencing, but the system will capture quicktime video-sized images at decent (15fps) frame rates. The processor card on a 7600 is upgradeable. At the time of this writing it appears that the logic board bus is clocked at 40MHz.
