Did you know...

Touted for its simplicity of design, the IIcx was recognized as being one of the easiest Macs to assemble and repair (in fact, in a famous demonstration at a Macworld Expo in 1989, Apple Vice President Jean-Louis Gassee assembled a IIcx in about a minute). As a result, the IIcx was less expensive to build and easier to repair.

Code named "Aurora", the Mac IIcx was one of the few models that could be set vertically or horizontally on a desk!

Current used market value of a 4/80 configuration: $125
