Did you know...

When it was released in September 1989, the Macintosh IIci, code named "Aurora II" and "Pacific", was the fastest Macintosh computer ever made.

The Macintosh IIci was the first Macintosh to come with video circuitry built right in -- the user no longer needed to purchase a $400 video card in order to make a monitor work. With this, it was rumored that the "i" in the name stood for "integrated video".

Current used market value of a 4/80 configuration: $175
